Where as the parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions:

A. The real estate firm to be in possession of copies of documents of the title document for the duration of its contract with the vendor.

B. The title documents delivered to the real estate firm shall be listed with a cover letter by vendor at the point of delivery, same to be acknowledged by the real estate firm.

C. The real estate firm will charge 10% commission from the purchase price of the property.

D. That the real estate firm shall be entitled to its full commission incase the Vendor got the purchaser for the property.

E. The real estate firm shall enjoy monopoly of advertising the property to be sold.

F. The real estate firm to have reasonable endeavor to secure a purchaser for the property of the vendor.

G. That this agreement shall be for the duration of three months renewable upon the execution of the letter of renewal by parties herein.

H. The real estate firm shall not use the title to the property in such a manner contrary to its agreement with the vendor.

I. That the real estate firm to ensure safe keeping of all the property title in its possession.

J. The real estate firm shall not be liable for the defect in title of the property purchased by the purchaser.

K. The vendor shall indemnify the real estate firm and the Purchaser for all expenses incurred as a result of the defect in the tittle of the Vendor.

L. The real estate firm shall have access to the property for the period of contract.

M. The real estate firm shall have access to place it’s company banner with the company logo on the house for ‘enquiry only’ purpose.

N. That the real estate firm shall receive payment for the said property and deduct its negotiated commission immediately clients makes part or full payment of the said property to its company account.

O. Match Properties reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change or cancel this terms and conditions at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
